Tawfik Jelassi

Tawfik Jelassi (right) is Professor of e-Business and Information Technology and Dean of the School of International Management at the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Paris). He is also Adjunct Professor of Technology Management at INSEAD (Fontainebleau). Dr Jelassi holds a Ph.D. degree from the Stern School of Business at New York University (USA), graduate degrees from the Université de Paris-Dauphine (France) and an undergraduate degree from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (Tunis, Tunisia). His research focuses on e-business/electronic commerce, the strategic use of IT, and technology-based innovation. This research has appeared in his books: Competing through Information Technology: Strategy and Implementation (Prentice Hall, 1994), Strategic Information Systems: A European Perspective (Wiley, 1994), and Strategies for e-Business: Creating Value through Electronic and Mobile Commerce (Financial Times/Prentice Hall, 2005). Dr Jelassi has also published over 80 research articles in leading academic journals and conference proceedings, and was awarded several teaching and research excellence awards. He has written over 50 field-based case studies; several of which won internatuional awards. Prof Jelassi has taught extensively on MBA and executive education programmes for leading business schools and international corporations in over a dozen countries around the world. He has also served as an adviser to several companies and government organizations.

Albrecht Enders

Albrecht Enders (left) is Professor of Strategy and Innovation at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. Previously, he worked as Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the University of Nuremberg in Germany, as a  consultant with The Boston Consulting Group and as a Research Fellow at INSEAD (Fontainebleau) where he conducted research on electronic and mobile commerce. He has written numerous articles and case studies on e-business and strategy. Albrecht Enders holds a Ph.D. in strategic management from the Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Germany and a BA in economics from Dartmouth College in the USA.
